4. Method of Refund
- If the payment was made through a credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
- For payments made via payment gateway, UPI, or bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the same originating account.
- Refund processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on bank/gateway policies.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Digital products once downloaded/accessed
- Online courses once activated or accessed beyond the trial limit
- Registration fees
- Examination fees
- One-time service charges
- Wallet top-ups, bonus credits, or promotional cashback
